The Neal Dow Memorial is the former home of the leader of the Maine Women's Christian Temperance Union. Centrally located in the downtown area, the house is just south of Deering Oaks Park. The memorial offers daily tours, giving visitors the opportunity to learn about this great 19th-century social reformer.
